Midland Cabinets is a local custom cabinets company serving Andrews, TX and the surrounding Midland area. From your first call to the final walkthrough, you work with the same local crew — no call centers, no out-of-town subcontractors, just straight answers and quality work at a fair price.
Andrews sits about 40 miles northwest of Midland in Andrews County. Andrews is the Andrews County seat, northwest of Midland, a tight-knit oilfield community whose fortunes rise and fall with the Permian Basin like the rest of the region. When the basin is busy, Andrews sees new houses go up and families invest in the homes they already have, and both are steady work for a custom cabinet shop. We do a lot of kitchen remodels here, swapping tired or builder-grade cabinets for real wood, along with bathroom vanities, pantries, laundry and mudroom storage, garage cabinets, and office built-ins made to fit the actual room. The dry Andrews County air is the same challenge it is everywhere out here: arid enough that wood moves as it acclimates, so cabinetry that isn't built and finished for dry conditions will shrink and gap over a West Texas summer. We build for that deliberately, with materials chosen to stay stable, stock allowed to settle to local conditions, and joinery that holds without leaning on humidity. Andrews is a longer haul than our nearest towns, so we plan each project to make the trip count: thorough measuring, a build that's correct the first time, and an install done by the same people who measured. Every job begins with an in-home measure so the cabinets are made for your space instead of forcing your space to accept a stock size, and everything is built in our shop and installed by our own crew. Whether it's one room or a whole house, in an established Andrews neighborhood or a brand-new build, you get real wood, honest construction, a finish meant for this climate, an itemized quote before any wood is cut, and a single local shop responsible from first measurement to final fit.
Because we already know Andrews County homes and how the dry Permian Basin climate treats real wood, we build every Andrews job to fit the room in front of us instead of forcing it into a stock size. From the first in-home measurement to the final adjustment you work with the same local shop, and the price you’re quoted is the price you pay.
